Miriam Daugherty specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence, representing a large number of well known insurance companies in complex and high value litigation. She also has experience in handling claims in respect of catastrophic head injuries, hand arm vibration syndrome, industrial deafness, stress and sexual abuse claims. Miriam has worked on a wide range of cases involving the Police, including those alleging wrongful arrest and malicious prosecution. Her experience also extends to dealing with inquests.
As well as clinical negligence and personal injury, Miriam’s Defendant civil litigation work has also allowed her to gain extensive Court experience.
Miriam joined the firm in July 1998, following qualification, and has specialised in civil litigation since that time.
